Lots of Substitutions But So Good! - Edit
My family loves this place so much, and the staff are truly wonderful. My kids eat mostly vegetarian, my husband is omni, and I’m a strict healthy vegan. I order the las frescas tacos made with pinto beans in place of refried beans (just a preference). Remove the cheese, xcaret sauce, and guacamole
Read morebecause it is made with sour cream. I also get them on corn tortillas and add red cabbage. Sometimes I’ll also add avocado. The food is good. Really good. You’ll love the yummy fresh salsa bar too. This is a local joint with fresh ingredients so definitely give them a shot. Maybe one day they’ll make my vegan dreams come true and add a completely plant-based option to the menu! I would give them five stars, but Happy Cow won’t allow more than four stars for non-vegan places.
