Nice overnight stay - Edit
We stayed here for one night (as a birthday treat) and were happy with what was available. The seasonal menu meant it's constantly changing but we were lucky that the (one) vegan option for starter, main and dessert was nice! Being well-travelled vegans we had plenty of snacks in our bags, as the portion sizes were quite small (as expected). Our stay also included a vegan cooked breakfast -which was essentially the veggie option minus eggs

Disappointed. - Edit
Drove all the way from Newmarket to see what vegan options they have and they were not serving food at time when we arrived. Such a shame there is no more information about it.
