Love the Matcha Float - Edit
Vegan matcha icecream is my favourite on the Matcha float. This is a serious dessert combo that will rock anyone’s boat! You got a regular customer from us!

Even though they are NOT fully vegan anymore, they have many vegan options (according to the guy who served me, most of the menu is vegan - cakes aren't), but do double-check individual items though and also the type of milk they put in your drink. The Shiratama Sundae I've had was vegan and quite nice although a bit expensive for such tiny cup, in my opinion.

The matcha ice cream is ridiculous delicious!! So creamy and smooth. Staff informed me that it was no longer fully vegan as the waffle cones contain amimal products but the ice cream is still vegan😄

This matcha soft-serve made me so happy. It’s so well-balanced, not too sweet and not too bitter. The Tsujiri sundae (soft-serve with red bean, warabi mochi, and rice crisp) is delightful. Hot Yuzu tea is comforting and refreshing. Although the previous reviews said they would be here only until the end of Feb, it’s now the mid of March and they still open.

Amazing Japanese matcha soft serve sundaes and desserts!! They are only here until the end of February so get here asap! Email the boss if you like and tell them you want them to stay/set up a permanent location. Highly recommend, even if it isn't the cheapest!

Tsujiri - Edit
This Tsujiri location is 100% vegan through the end of February 😀. I’ve always left Chinatown feeling left out since none of the Asian bubble tea and dessert places seem offer vegan options. But that’s all changed since I bumped into the Tsujiri 100% vegan pop up.
Read moreThey’re currently offering an extensive vegan menu including matcha drinks, soup, fancy Asian ice creams, etc. (see my photo of the menu). The vegan ice cream desserts are really pretty and delicious, I especially liked the toasted rice and mochi balls included. You can also get hojicha soft serve here too, which was interesting and delicious.
