Get your ticket get your ramen

You need a ticket or to scan your IC card to get in to the station if you're not already in. It'll be a nominal amount. Follow directions to Keiyo line.

Excellent ramen tantan

J'ai commandé le ramen "Golden sesame tantan" ainsi qu'un supplément de 3 gyozas et c'était super bon ! Excellente destination/pause lors d'un trajet passant par la gare de Tokyo 🤝

My favorite ramen

I like original dan dan noodles. The taste has lore of umami with sesame flavor. You will never regret choosing this restaurant!

My favorite ramen

Literally my favorite vegan ramen anywhere! It's delicious, well portioned, and reasonably priced (1400 yen for ramen gyoza).

If you don't have a JR railway pass, access to the station shops is ¥150.

Pros: Amazing flavors, Delicious ramen, Friendly staff

Cons: None, Seriously, try it

Bento Box Greatness

The perfect bento box for a 2hr ride on the Shinkansen to Kyoto. It was as delicious an hour later than it was when we tried eating in at another T’s. Wish I could take this place home with me.

Pros: Delicious, Good value for money, Great service

It is Ok

Decent ramen and gyoza but nothing amazing. Had better ramen at other non-vegan places in Tokyo. Location is convenient though

Good Ramen, Great gyoza

The meal was really nice, the peanut flavour was very strong though. Gyoza was excellent though! Reasonable price as well.

Delicious ramen in handy locations

Need a delicious hearty vegan meal just before you travel somewhere? T's has got you covered with their various branches in transit spots.

I came to Tokyo 5 years ago and ate at T's a few times and loved it every time. I've been back twice on this run, once at the airport and once here just before we got on a train.

I've had the golden tantan which is incredible. The broth is lovely and thick with a great sesame flavour. The beef ball topping is tasty but does get easily lost amongst the strong broth flavour. The noodles are great and plentiful and the other toppings add a bit of different flavours and textures.

I've also had a black sesame tantan here and that is also delicious. It looks pretty striking and I like the extra bit of spiciness in the broth but it lacks some of the richness of the golden sesame broth so it just loses out for me.

My partner and I also shared a plate of 12 gyoza and they were delicious. A nice bit of crispness from the fried side and I really enjoyed the flavour and texture of the meaty bits inside.

We also got a few of the instant noodle pots. They were all tasty and easy to prepare. They're a bit light so they're definitely more of a snack than a full meal.

best vegan ramen in tokyo

My family and I are vegan (2 adults) and vegetarian (2 kids). Dropped by this little shop based on prior glowing reviews and..... OH MAH GAWD they have wonderful ramen and dumplings. Highly recommended!

If you're a vegan or vegetarian on travel, happy cow is your new best friend.

Pros: Terrific ramen & dumplings, little cosy shop in the metro station, easy to understand menu

Cons: little tricky to find in station but so worth it

Delicious vegan Ramen 🍜

A little bit Hard to find but worth it! (The Restaurant is inside the JR-Station (by Tokyo Station)) We tried the Golden Miso & White Miso Ramen, both tasted delicious. Highly recommend the Gyozas as a starter!
You can also buy Vegan Instant Noodle Cups there.. can also recommend those for a quick meal.

Ramen vegano

Ramen e gyoza molto buoni! Servizio molto efficiente e prezzi nella media.
Si trova all' interno della Centrale Station di Tokio, può essere un difetto ma anche un pregio. parto fino alle 22,00.

Try the lemon ramen it’s insanely good

Tried the lemon ramen, rice bowl, white sesame ramen and gyoza, all were good but the standout was the lemon ramen which is the most delicious broth I’ve ever experienced. Came here 5-6 years ago and was good back then and still good now!

Pros: Lemon ramen was amazing , Cheap meals , Nice beer option on menu

Legendary Vegan Ramen

Legendary vegetarian/vegan Ramen restaurant inside Tokyo station!
Everything is vegan everything is delicious, you literally can’t go wrong in this place, everything is amazing!!

They also have shops in Ueno, Ikebukero, Narita Airport (both Terminals 1 and 2)

June 2025 Update: they now have touch screen tablets to order but the first screen is entirely in Japanese. Basically the left side is how many adults, The right is how many children, then press the red button in the lower centre.

Pros: Ramen, Gyoza , Char-Siu

Good, Not Great Ramen

T's Tantan was on my radar before going to Japan, so maybe my expectations were elevated. The broth was almost up there with the best, but the noodles were meh. The ramen bowls offered very little other than broth and noodles too. Would be nice to have a meal higher in protein. I was a big fan of the gyoza, however, and that takes this place up to 4 stars for me.

My favourite ramen that I tried whilst in Japan, glad I got to go twice! Big restaurant with plenty of seats and nice staff 😁 had the Tantan rice bowl, golden sesame ramen, and lots of gyozas!

An Overhyped Letdown

We were disappointed. The menu allows substituting ramen with yuzu noodles for a gluten-free option, but the portion was shockingly small, even with added rice. The regular ramen itself tasted just okay. However, the restaurant does cater well to vegans, including Buddhist vegans who avoid the "5 pungent vegetables," and they provide a helpful allergen table for each dish. T's TanTan at Narita Airport T2 is so much better in terms of menu variety, atmosphere, and overall taste.

Pros: Provides allergen information, Caters to Buddhist or oriental vegans

Cons: Tiny portion size

Not overrated

I used to see the long lines and think this place was an overrated tourist trap, but dang it’s actually really good! Small limited menu (just two drink options) but great restaurants are like that.

Best vegan Ramen I had in Japan

Alot of places in japan that offer a vegan Ramen always use a plain veggie broth that leaves more to be desired... but not this place!! Their broths are amazing!! We ended yo coming back here many times when the Ramen craving hit and they also have the best gyoza I have ever had! It's a must stop for every vegan in Tokyo

The best!

This had to be the best ramen I’ve ever had in my life. The flavors were so well blended I didn’t even need my customary hot sauce. The gyozas were so good they disappeared into my belly like magic!

There is also a small very limited shop in the international terminal at Narita airport inside security near the 50 gates. It’s not listed on the screens for food but it is there.

Nice place to enjoy a good bowl of ramen with friends/ family

Honestly, it was a little hard to find as Tokyo station is quite huge and crowded but it was worth it. We went at around dinner time and it was packed. Had to wait about 25 minutes or so to get seated.

Ordered the most recommended golden sesame tantan with vegetable gyoza. The food was so good. It was my first try at trying vegan ramen, so have no reference as to what to expect but for me, it was so good. The portion size is nice and quite filling too

Pros: Service, Portion size, Taste

Cons: Wait time, Finding the location

Low price, very tasty

We went for the golden and black sesam tantan this time, and it was sooo good. Very filling, very tasty. The atmosphere in the cafe is a bit bland, but it is what you make of it.

The food is worth it and very cheap for what we got.
