Good but pricey - Edit
It was an awesome place to go. It took a very long time to find, but it is truly a great find.
Read moreThe easiest way to find it is ask someone where the elevators for pool are. From there ask the security guard where it is, and then keep asking employees along the way. There are employees at the pool entrance and the spa area that were able to point the way.
Be ready to go down very remote hallways.

Good food but difficult to find - Edit
As others have said, this place is really difficult to find. It's inside The Venetian Resort, but you have to take the guest elevators up to the 4th floor and it's kind of hidden behind a hallway of guest rooms. You can get there even if you aren't a guest at the hotel by showing the security guard your ID and asking to go to the Truth & Tonic. Once we did find the place though we had a very enjoyable experience. The staff was extremely nice and very patient. The food was somewhat pricy but it was very tasty. In spite of being hard to find, it's nice to have a 100% vegan restaurant on the strip. It's a cute little cafe type place with a nice atmosphere. Just make sure you know where you're going and you'll have a good experience!

Great spot! - Edit
As other people have mentioned a little hard to find, but just go straight to the guest elevators and tell the security guard you want to visit truth and tonic, strangely they asked to see ID before letting us up. We tried the oatmeal, the breakfast tacos and the Mexican frittata. Everything is Vegan and they have lots of GF options. Staff were friendly but service was slow, they are only open until 2pm.

100% Vegan ON THE STRIP - Edit
We had a great breakfast here. Sure it's hard to find that's part of the HappyCow adventure. We loved all three dishes and the coffee too. Seating is limited and I hope they outgrow the small space and takeover one of the big spots in the main casino soon.

Delicious! - Edit
The food was amazing here. Fresh & delicious! Finding it was extremely challenging, as it’s located in the wellness resort of the Venetian Hotel, which shouldn’t be an issue but we got different directions from all the staff we asked inside the Venetian 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️. We were thrilled to finally find it!!! A Mecca of goodness!

Nice food 100% vegan - Edit
Look for somewhere close by for breakfast and this came up in this happy cow app.it would not be easy to find - you are not going to just walk by. It is the cafe of the Canyon Ranch Soa which is located in a guest only area of the Venetian hotel near the pool. Head to the guest elevators tell the guard you’re going to the restaurant and they will want to see your id. Once they let you through, take the elevator to the 4th floor, follow the signs past guest bedrooms to the spa and there is Truth and Tonic.
Read moreI had the just egg scramble followed by coffee cake, both were very nice. The coffee was ok. I was happy to have found vegan breakfast (a struggle in my hotel).
The location is very loud, I could barely hear to give my order. The staff seemed very busy but we’re friendly. Would recommend for a quick bite.
Pros: Food
Cons: Very noisy, Staff a bit rushed, No ambience

If you’re in the Venetian, you can get breakfast on the second floor by the hotel elevators at the coffee CR spot. It’s part of the same Truth & Tonic, Canyon Ranch Cafe network. Solid vegan options.

Delicious and fresh. - Edit
I had the breakfast burrito which was hard not to eat beyond fullness. The burrito was a good size and served with a side salad. My sisters got the breakfast tacos and crab cake sandwich both served with side salads. Everything was good. We all got the Vegas recovery juice and we all enjoyed them. It really it help us feel better. No complaints, enjoyed everything we had. Can’t wait to go back.

Yummy but hard to find - Edit
We weren't staying in the Venetian and are rarely in Vegas. This was incredibly difficult to locate.
Read moreWe asked 4 different employees of the Venetian (including calling the restaurant) who incrementally helped us locate Truth and Tonic. We were 40 minutes late to our reservation and the staff were incredibly nice about it--even though we got there 20 minutes before close.
Heads up, if you're not staying at the Venetian, you need to go to a guest elevator and give your ID to the doorman to be let through. Some elevators don't go past the 2nd floor so be aware.
The food was pretty good. My French toast was tasty, but my partner's eggs were cold (again we got there right before their kitchen closed).

It comes with 2 pieces of avo toast plus the greens. We asked our server to split it since we weren't hungry but just wanted to try it. It was awesome!

Good food - bad service - Edit
I hate to leave a 3 star review, especially when the food was actually very good. That said, I had the worst service experiences I've ever had at a restaurant.
Read moreFor some background, they have a policy (very clear when you book), that they will only hold your reservation for 15 minutes. Perfectly reasonable policy. We were running late so I called the restaurant asking if they could hold our reservation, they said yes and that it wouldn't be a problem. Once we arrived at the restaurant the woman seating railed into us for a couple of minutes about how they couldn't honor our reservation since we were late. I mentioned that we had called and they said they would hold it for us but she didn't seem to care. Eventually she did seat us.
Had they answered the phone and said they couldn't hold a table for us over the phone it would have been completely fine. Fair enough, we should have been on time. However, the fact that they told us they would hold the table and then proceeded to rail into us for being late rubbed me in the wrong direction.
Again, the food was good.
Pros: Good food
Cons: Terrible service

Love this fully vegan cafe! It is hard to find without any intel from someone who’s been there. We asked & asked but no staff knew what we were talking about. It is on 4th Fl part of the Canyon Spa. Food was delicious, plenty of choices. Reasonably priced.

Hidden Gem - Edit
It’s a hidden gem. Follow the signs for guest suites and at the elevator the security will ask for ID take elevator to 4th floor and follow signs for the spa and it’s a walk but once you get to the end you’ll see a rock climbing wall in front of the restaurant
Read moreI had the French Toast which was delicious. I drenched mine in the syrup because I had a sweet tooth that day. I highly recommend the French Toast. I also had a hot earl grey. I had to get something to go so opted for the Lions Mane “crab” cake sandwich. I personally did not think the food was “expensive” because it is worth the price!

Go there! - Edit
I don't know if anyone who's not a guest of Venetian hotels can go there, but if you plan a visit to LV, that's really good point for staying in these hotels. Breakfast, specially avocado toasts, were amazing... 😍 Maybe only coffee could be a bit better!:)

Worth the difficulty finding it - Edit
It’s quite a maze to find this place next to the spa in one of the towers at the Venetian casino, but it’s worth it. We came from breakfast two days in a row - I had cold brew coffee, the frittata made with just egg and the just egg scramble, which came with potatoes, salad and toast (they also brought over ketchup, hot sauce, jam and vegan butter, which was a nice touch). The frittata in particular was amazing. #Veganuary

You have to use the GUEST ELEVATORS to access this restaurant, which I did not know. If you're not a guest you have to have security sign you in. It's really yummy and definitely healthfully focused which was nice after a few days of heavy, salty, fried stuff and tons of alcohol.

We had tofu scramble with potatoes and French toast. Kind of remarkable that a light breakfast for 2 was north of $50 with tip. But—— the restaurant is located in the spa area of the Venetian so I guess that makes sense.

I was at a conference in the Venetian and was pleasantly surprised to find Truth & Tonic. Completely vegan menu, with vegan cocktails. It was a little difficult to find, since it’s not on restaurant row or in the canal shops, it’s on the fourth floor of the Venetian tower. Will be going back for breakfast tomorrow.
