Great vegan options - Edit
Most entrees here can be made vegan which I appreciate. Anything that is already made vegan is clearly marked on the menu. The restaurant has amazing vegan options and it’s a great place to bring the entire family! There’s something for everyone here.

Everything can be vegan! - Edit
I know five stars may be controversial— however True Food Kitchen’s ability to adapt any meal, ANY, in to a vegan/vegetarian option gives the restaurant a five stars for me. I ordered an entire vegetarian meal and my friend vegan, yes substitutions, and they had no problems! Proud to give True Food five stars.

Some good options for vegan and gluten free - Edit
True Food has some options if you’re looking for vegan and gluten free food. Sitting outside is quieter than inside.

There were several bowls on the menu to choose from plus a lot of other stuff. I had the teriyaki bowl with smoked tempeh. It was so good.

Obsessed with their pizza - Edit
Their winter/butternut seasonal options are superior, but I crave their almond ricotta and creamy soups most days of my life

Lots of options - Edit
Sometimes when you go to a place that has vegan options it's like one thing. Here they had a good selection of appetizers, salads, rice bowls, entrée and all the desserts were pretty much being an except for one. The food was all labeled so I didn't have to ask a bunch of questions. So yummy and we will be going back. 😋

Portions got much smaller - Edit
Updated review: True Food Kitchen is a great place for vegetarian food when you need to eat with meat eaters, but consistently the portions have been shrinking ever since 2019. I used to go multiple times a week but don't plan on coming back after so many disappointing visits. Some dishes are literally half the size they used to be. They now also seem to run out of things frequently. Today they were out of what they needed to make their gluten free options.

Doing their best - Edit
Cute little date night spot, works for vegan and omni taste buds. Mushroom pizza was delish, beautiful leoparding on the underside. I wish they labeled their wines as vegan or not.

Great vegan choices - Edit
Not sure what we were expecting but this place is pretty cool. We sat inside and the social distancing was easy cause the place is huge.
Read moreI had the double vegan burger and half kale and sweet potato sides. I would eat that meal everyday. Only complaint is the burger had a mayo type spread on the bottom bun. Burger mostly fell apart after 2 bites. Next time I would get mayo stuff on the side and apply it on each bite😜
The Brussels sprouts were the best I’ve had.
Wife was happy with her food and hopefully she will add a HC review🤔 #Veganuary

Good selections for vegans and non-vegans - Edit
This is my go-to spot when I'm dining with my non-vegan friends and family members. They have a great selection of dishes for just about every meal restriction. My usual choices are the teriyaki quinoa bowl or the ancient grains bowl. Both are delicious with a lot of fresh veggies and grains. I never feel guilty after eating here. They usually have a nice selection of beer, wine and cocktails too.

Delicious vegan options! - Edit
Loads of vegan options to choose from, the vegan spinach and mushroom pizza with lemon almond ricotta was so tasty! Ordered the charred cauliflower with harissa tahini to start and it was so fresh with the dill, mint and pistachio topping! Will defiantly be back to try some of the other vegan menu items!

Good food, friendly staff, but it’s a little bit of a pain since it’s in an outdoor mall and parking can be tricky.

Although they do serve meat here, the menu has tons of really yummy veg options. Everything I’ve had here is great, and most of it is pretty healthy. They also have great cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, and their menu has seasonal offerings.

pretty good! - Edit
Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. There are a couple of dishes on the menu that are just vegam as is and some that can be made vegan. Good option for if you need a place to eat at the shopping center with omnivores. My dining buddy wasn't vegan, but she chose a vegam dish anyway and split a vegam dessert with me!. I had the Korean noodle bowl with tofu and it was very satisfying. She had the quinoa teriyaki bowl and for dessert, we had a strawberry rhubarb crisp with vanilla ice cream. Delicious!

We’ve found our newest favorite restaurant! - Edit
Bright lively casual dining and modern inviting interiors characterize the decor. They also have an outdoor dining area with a see-through plastic roll down wall for cooler days.
Read moreThere are several vegan options on the menu which are clearly identified with the “V” symbol—also noted are “Veg” (vegetarian) and “GF” (gluten-free). It was our first visit and we had the Butternut Squash Pizza (with homemade cashew ricotta cheese—yum!) and the Shitake Lettuce Cup. Both were outstanding.
Service was quick and our server was super-friendly and attentive. The only negative for us was the high noise level inside. It was however totally full at mid-Friday lunch, somewhat understandable.

Pros: Awesome vegan dishes on the menu, good prices, Bright spacious modern interior, Quick, efficient and super-friendly server staff.
Cons: Quite noisy when it's full.
