Most of the pizzas and salads are already vegetarian and the farmer's market pizza is already vegan. Open Mon-Thu 4:00pm-12:00am, Fri-Sat 12:00pm-2:00am, Sun 12:00pm-12:00am.

Best Vegan Pizza - Edit
My favorite vegan pizza anywhere. They have a separate oven for gluten free crust and also have sauce options. I go for pesto. A couple of vegan toppings as well. Vegan menu options clearly marked.

Everything tastes good and this is a good place to bring your non vegan friends and convince them to try the vegan option. I had the farmer’s delight with vegan cheese and all my omnivore friends enjoyed it too.

great vegan food options and great beer! - Edit
We were with a family group, with both vegans and meat eaters. The vegan options were great, including the pizzas and the soy nuggets and the beer selection was fantastic. The Fall Salad was one of the best salads I have ever had (ask for no goat cheese if you want it vegan)! We loved the outdoor seating environment. Overall- a great place to eat and drink!

I consider myself a bit of a pizza connoisseur as it's one of, if not, my fav food. As an adventurous foodie, I've traveled the world tasting vegan cuisines from all over. Pizza's my crave food, so you can imagine I've amassed a great deal of exposure. So believe me when I say, at this point, Trophy takes the pie as one of the best I've ever had!
Read moreTypical "NYC" style pizza. Very well balanced proportionally, with a savory marinara. But it's the crust that gets Trophy, well...the trophy. I've not confirmed, but I've heard they use remnants (yeast?) from the beer brewing process to make the dough. And since the beer selection rotates often, so does the crust? IDK.
But even with this unpredictable variance, I've never disliked the crust once. It's really good, while some batches are exceptional! And if you like olives (a mix of green and kalamata) get your pie topped with them. You won't be disappointed.
Oh, BTW, the beer's pretty good!

We didn’t actually eat the food, so can’t comment on that. It all looked very good though. We enjoyed a couple beers and it was a great atmosphere with friendly staff.

I can safely say that the pizza I had here was one of the better pizzas I have ever had. I walked in and was first excited I could eat here. I also was super excited about the cucumber beer they have. Then I tried the pizza and I now have to come back often. I am so happy about this place.
