Inconsistent - Edit
They used to be the staple of wings. Especially vegan wings. But they've always struggled with consistency. Over the last two years it's been worse and the product quality has declined noticably.

Trolley wing’s menu is centered around wings, so while many of the sauces are vegan, as well as some entrees and apps, the main feature here are the wings. They are delicious and we love coming here when we have the itch for wings!

*that all being said, make sure you’re specific if you order the Buffalo salad with vegan wings that you don’t want crouton or hard boiled eggs! The staff has gotten it right for me every single time but once so I think it was a fluke, but just a heads up :)

After seeing the other great reviews I was excited to try this place.

90% of the employees were not wearing a mask.
The wings themselves were good, nice texture, good flavor, i’d say a 7/10.
The vegan ranch dipping sauce they have tasted a lot like 50% curdled milk, mixed with 50% uncooked beer :(
The vegan aspect of the restaurant is more of an afterthought. The options exist, but they are more of a few minority options with a “V” icon next to them on the menu.
The place seems to be more of a bar, then 35% a wing shop. [of that 35% i’d say 5% prioritized to vegan food]
Overall the food was alright, but considering the atmosphere, the wait time, customer service, average flavors, concerning ranch sauce, etc.
i’m not sure i’d ever go back. It’s nice they sell wings, but, i’m not a big fan.

Really easy menu with vegan options right on the main menu. Mix sauces or go with sauces they already have available. Service was great as well. Next time I want to watch a game and grab some wings, this place will be at the top of the list.

Carolina garlic with a heat level of medium, perfect! Glad I stopped in for a quick bite. Nice location, nice staff. Only advice: seitan is beyond heavy, serve your vegan wings with 2 ranch cups.

Best god damn wings in town! Now they have a location in Midvale too. The vegan wings are made of seitan, so they aren't gluten-free. They're crazy filling and the sauce combinations are insanely good. Try teriyaki + BBQ or traditional + Carolina + garlic. You have to try the trolley chips and get extra vegan ranch. Prepare for a new addiction.

Try the vegan wings at TWC, they are extremely delicious and they come along with vegan ranch. The staff is very friendly and the wings are not that expensive and the portion is pretty generous. They are 8.99 always but Monday-Friday's between 11 am and 3 they're only 7.00 $.There's a patio upstairs for the upcoming summer and the beer is always cold.
