Good burrito - Edit
Really nice venue. Husband enjoyed the beyond burger. I ordered the burrito without cheese, which was great but was served with a non-vegan sauce, which was odd because I asked for the burrito to be vegan. Nice cocktails too.

A lively bar with several clearly marked vegan options on the menu. I had the Thai salad which was delicious. The service was super slow though.

Nice ambience, got sick - Edit
Trivio is a multistoried building tucked away from the road in an intimate plaza. The seating gets you nice views below, and the staff were overworked the day I was there so service was slow.

Unfortunately, the morning after I ate hear I fell ill. Had traveler’s diarrhea for all 4 days of my trek—not fun, but not serious either. Hard to say for sure if it was from here. You may want to avoid the salad.

Das Trivio ist ein nettes Restaurant in Huaraz, das viele vegetarische und auch vegane Optionen auf der Speisekarte hat. Wir hatten den vegetarischen Burrito (sehr empfehlenswert!) und den beyond burger. Wir können das Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Great beyond burger - Edit
We went here after returning from the Huayhuash Trek and had a great evening! They have a big seating area and play really good music. There are not that many vegan options but they have a falafel dish as well as a burger with beyond meat which tasted great. The restaurant also offers a good selection of craft beer.

Great grub after a hike - Edit
We came here after doing the Huayhuash to order their beyond burger. The bun was much bigger than the patty but the meal was still delicious and exactly what we needed.

Hard to identify vegan options - Edit
Vegan Options are not highlighted in the menu - only vegetarian ones. Staff does not speak English to check for vegan options. Quality of food was ok but not as good as price would have suggerated.

Ate here for lunch. Had an appetizer and soup. Both very delicious. Make sure you tell the waiter/waitress you’re vegan, might have to repeat this. Fast WiFi as well! Will be going back again before I leave Hauraz. 👍

Trivio is one of the more upscale / touristy options in Huaraz. Great beer and coffee, good veggie options. Owners and management are very involved in community events and source their veggies from organic gardens.
