Serves meat, vegan options available. Hotel/spa with onsite restaurant offering a few vegan dishes. Elegant dining inside or on terrrace. Casual attire acceptable as it is located in a small seaside fishing village.
Limited but tasty vegan food in a sea of fish and French fries. - Edit
The restaurant at the Tristan Hotel and Spa is modern, elegant , and offers excellent service. The menu offers the following vegan dishes: two soups, one salad, and three main dishes. The tomato soup was thick and delicious. The chick-pea burger was tasty but too soft to stay in the bun. We spoke to the chef and he said they will be redoing the recipe to firm it up. The spelt pasta and veggie dish tasted fine, but the veggies were sparse. Our favorite fish was grape leaves stuffed with pearl barley.
