Great food with vegan sensibilities

This little restaurant on a corner of downtown Santa Fe has become one of our very favorites, serving Mexican foods with flexibility to accommodate everyone’s diet. My vegan partner loves the vegan enchiladas and tacos, and I, vegetarian, love the Fajita Melt sandwich, and the Roasted beet salad. And let’s not forget the Margueritas! The Perfect Marguerita is just that, perfect!

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Great Margueritas, Everything is fresh
