Vegan oasis in Austria -- your chance to try vegan versions of classic Austrian cuisine - Edit
Before I get to the entrees, let's begin with the desserts. Both that we had were excellent and we would get them again: Topfenstrudel (apple strudel with vegan whipped cream) and Hausg’machter Kaiserschmarrn (hard to describe but like a caramelized French toast cut up into bite-sized pieces and served with an apple dip). Our favorite of the entrees was the trio of knödel (vegan version). Staff are friendly and understand what vegan means. The menu clearly indicates which dishes can be made vegan, and is in both German and English.

Leckere Tiroler Spezialitäten in vegan - Edit
Wir waren im Urlaub dreimal hier um fast alles probieren zu können und da es sonst auch keine Alternativen gab für veganes Essen. Alles war sehr lecker und die Angestellten sehr freundlich.

Hier findet man eine sehr gute Auswahl traditioneller Tiroler Gerichte vegan. Einen geschmacklichen Unterschied zu Oma‘s Rezepten merkt man allerdings nicht 😍 Sehr zu empfehlen!

Very good all Vegan food available. They offer typical Austrian dishes in Vegan and Veggie variant. It was the only place we found with vegan options in the area. Located close to the gondola.

I appreciate this place so much for being a vegan friendly place in the midst of the traditional austrian meatloving countryside. They also use mainly regional products and it shows! The Kaiserschmarrn might have been the best one I have ever tasted. One day I will come again to eat it again.

Super leckere vegane Optionen - Edit
Ein sehr gemütliches Restaurant mit nettem Personal. Ein Großteil der Gerichte auf der Speisekarte können vegan zubereitet werden. Die Gerichte haben hervorragend geschmeckt und teilweise hat man keinen Unterschied zu dem Original erschmecken können. Ich würde auch 5 Sterne geben, wenn möglich. Zu den veganen Hauptspeisen gibt es auch Vor- und Nachspeisen. Die Preise sind ganz normal.

This place has the best vegan Austrian/Bavarian menu, I’ve ever seen. It’s sad HappyCow doesn’t let us rate this place higher, just because it offers non-vegetarian options as well.
Read moreThe vegan menu is equally extensive as the omnivorous one. The staff is very passionate about their vegan dishes, both the waiters and the kitchen staff, and are actively trying to convince more “conservative” guests to try them.
We drove a long way to eat there and we weren’t disappointed.

Excellent not only Austrian vegan food, a heart-warming atmosphere created by the friendliness of the owners and waiters and a new big garden will make your stay very special! Although it‘s nearly an hour for us by car, we go there as often as possible! Dogs welcome! 💚🌱

"Vegan Schmankerl Week" this means they had a really HUGE vegan Menu.
All dishes - and we had a lot - have been very tasty. My favourite was the stuffed "Krautroulade" with a creamy salsa

Cons: Too far away from Home, have to walk a long time to reduce the calories..

Eindelijk een restaurant gevonden in Tirol, Auffach waar ze heerlijke vegan opties hebben.
Read moreVooraf een salade met gegrillde groente en gebakken aardappeltjes. En de vegan Tiroler spekknödel soep.
Een absolute aanrader is de huisgemaakte ravioli met paddenstoelvulling!
Zo ook de heerlijke vegan ijscoupe (zwarte chocolade/aardbeienijs) met oreo en vegan slagroom. En de Kaiserschmarrn. Heerlijk!
Drie gangen is voor ons te veel. Zonde dat we niet alles opkregen. Het was heel erg lekker!!

We went to this place 2 years ago by chance we - a group of 5 vegans, fully set on living off fries with ketchup outside our apartment - walked past this place and looked at the menu 'for fun', because that's all we vegans can do with menu's in traditional restaurants... weeeellll, we entered some alternate reality of a traditional restaurant having not only pretty much everything traditionally, but also a large proportion of that VEGANIZED. Totally vegan. Vegan meats, vegan schnitzels, vegan cheeses, all of it! This place's description doesn't do it justice, it's totally amazing and out of this world. When you plan to visit Austria to ski, snowboard, or in the summer, seriously consider finding a stay in close proximity to this restaurant.
