Vendor inside with Vegan Japchae!! - Edit
There are tons of fruit & veggie vendors so shop around for the best produce and price, and have your cash ready (some places take card).

Make your way inside and find a booth with a bright yellow sign that says 오공잔 and a beautiful variety of side dishes (banchan 반찬). The owner said the Japchae has no meat, no egg, no fish products.
Kimbap restaurant outside of the market has a green sign that says 비건 (vegan) so please look out for that! Vegan Kimbap from him was great!
