Just sides—can’t customize - Edit
Today I called ahead and the only vegan options are the sides like the fruit bowl/toast. Although I was told there is a vegan burger it isn’t labeled as such on the menu and also has Gouda cheese. Two vegan burgers - Edit
Two vegan burgers and salad are about the only options. The quality of food is good but choices are limited. Your Omni friends will love it.

Vegan options not always available, call ahead same day - Edit
UPDATE: Disappointed! I called several days in advance to ask when they have the new vegan French toast & was told they'd have it all week. Called again this morning before brunch & was told they only have it weekends, Mon & Tues. Met my friend for weekday brunch anyways thinking they'd have something vegan. Nope. They wouldn't accommodate, no tofu to make a scramble, nothing easily modified. I even asked the server if he could speak with the chef. I had roasted potatoes & fruit bowl. Tower Cafe, if you're testing & adding vegan items to you menu, you need to be able to offer something everyday or make small modifications! Bottom line, call ahead same day if you want to make sure they have vegan dishes available.
