This was a quick stop. I noticed that they had a highly rated vegan breakfast burrito on the menu, but I didn’t have it. The people working there were friendly and personable.

The vegan breakfast burrito came without the black beans the menu said it included, but it was still fantastic – you can’t go wrong with tater tots, Just Egg, and salsa!

Happy Cow Does It Again! - Edit
Once again while on the road in my travels around the world, I relied on Happy Cow to help me find a Vegan Breakfast while going through Flagstaff, AZ. WOOHOO! Thanks to another Vegan’s review, I found The Tourist Home All Day Cafe. Right in the heart of NA University. While not a Vegan or Vegetarian place, they offered The Vegan HashBowl! Sounded good so I put the address in my GPS and here I am. So glad I came. They even offered soy or almond milk for their coffees. But the Vegan Hash Bowl was wonderful! Roasted Breakfast Potatoes, Beets, Cilantro Pesto, Quinoa Falafel and Avocado! It’s WOWSA!!! A new taste sensation! I’m a Happy Vegan Papa thanks to Happy Cow! 😊

Their Vegan Breakfast Hash is a culinary work of art-an absolute masterpiece. Perfectly brewed lattes with multiple alternative milk options. Atmosphere, both inside and out, is absolutely breathtaking.
