They don't have "vegan" options - Edit
You can't say they have vegan options. For a vegan, a vegan option must contain plant proteins, thing that they didn't offer at all when I went there with my family and they knew a vegan was coming for lunch because I said it when I called for booking the table like a week before... It's interesting because Sicilian traditional cuisine is rich by itself of dishes made of legumes, especially cheekpeas and lentils... so it's never that difficult to make a nutritionally complete vegan meal in here. Vegetable soups, pasta with vegetables not containing plant proteins can't be classified as vegan options. Sorry.

Do you think vegans only eat heavily processed "fake meats"? Vegan soups, pastas and so on absolutely count as vegan options and in fact are usually better quality options than "impossible" and the lime.

La possibilità di trasformare i loro piatti vegetariani in vegani non è indicato sul menù, ma è sufficiente chiedere perché ciò avvenga. Abbiamo avuto una bellissima esperienza. Molto consigliato se volete passare una bella serata spendendo un po' di più.
