Came back, still not impressed - Edit
I had already tested this place once for their vegan ice cream (which is actually just sorbet) and bought some kombuchas from a brand that I didn't know (which by the way they no longer sell, which is a pity). Today I went back for some coffee. The barista wasn't friendly and they have exactly the same sorbet flavours as last time (meaning like... 3 years ago). The only funny thing I saw was their edible vegan spoons, I liked the idea. But this wouldn't be my go-to place for vegan ice cream in Madrid, definitely.

Yummy vegan ice cream!!! - Edit
Artisanal gelato with vegan options! They have at least 5 sorbets a day which are all vegan. The ice cream is really creamy and not too sweet! I liked it really much and the stuff is super friendly. You can also sit down and drink a coffee or enjoy the ice cream there.
