Peaceful atmosphere and amazing food!!

10 min walk from JR Maiko station or Sanyo Kasumigaura station. Toshie is a wife of the head priest of this temple, has lived in Holland and is eager to spread Japanese vegetarianism to the foreigners. Had an amazingly delicious mocked eel and soy chicken that blew my mind!! Toshie is also doing a project to provide lunches to less-privileged children in the area. Highly recommended to learn some Japanese vegan culture here !!
