Orders are placed at a tablet kiosk and you supply your table number. The vegan ramen wasn’t displayed on the menu in the window but was on the full tablet menu.

Read moreThe vegan ramen is creamy with a coconut broth. We did the buckwheat noodle sub. Very satisfying dish, with a good balance of broth, veggies and noodles. I would order again. We added spicy sauce. Staff was friendly and eager to help with the self ordering kiosk.

Loved their vegan ramen and they seemed to have a few different vegan options on the menu. Location is in the heart of downtown Monterey and great walking distance from other fun places. Friendly staff and great food, what else can you ask for??

The location of this restaurant is in the main strip downtown. They offer vegan items such as ramen which was pretty good. I liked the ramen broth, but it wasn’t to die for. I would still recommend it though. I added chilli and a few other spices to give it more of a kick. Also, the ramen comes in a huge bowl, enough for two people to share.

Date night with my hubby! We were looking for a place in Carmel to eat but alas no luck 😕! I wasn’t sure if I could eat the vegan ramen because it mentioned it had a sesame sauce included with it . So happy that it was an optional addition 😜! Loved the vegan ramen with the variety of vegetables .... the broth was ok but definitely you get a lot which was nice ! Added a side of kimchi and rice and definitely did not leave hungry !

Read moreWas very pleasantly surprised with this place. Other vegetable ramens I've tried have been watery and bland. When this new one, Toribashi, opened I decided to give ramen another shot and I am so glad that I did.
I would definitely return again and recommend the vegan ramen to all!
Side note: my non-vegan boyfriend also loved his ramen so it would be a good place if you are looking to compromise on a restaurant with great vegan food that will also please non-veg family and friends.
Pros: Specifically labeled vegan option, lots of veggies, tasty
Cons: only one vegan option, on the pricey side
