Amazing ramen - Edit
Update: they changed their noodles and they’re significantly worse than the in house made. This place is also closing soon.
Read moreRestaurant is located in an old train car that has great atmosphere and food. Many appetizers and main dishes can be made vegan.
Korean buttered noodles were cold, creamy, and a touch spicy.
Bali ramen ($19) is creamy and rich. Highly recommend.
Korean ($18) was spicy and slightly sweet.
Overall really great food that has a elevated touch to each dish. It’s on the pricey side, but worth it on occasion.

My noodles looked disgusting - Edit
I used to love this place until one of my orders came with bloody looking noodles. When we contacted the owner, first he asked what dish we bought, then we were told it was probably coleslaw that the noodles touched. No apology, no refund, no exchange. It went right to the garbage.

Excellent Vegan Options, Incredible Ramen - Edit
A full third of their ramen options can be made vegan and all come in an almond impossibly rich broth with chewy, perfectly cooked noodles and excellently seasoned veggies. Get a seat in the train car if you can

All aboard! - Edit
Fun little place. The Ramen was presented beautifully and it blew me away. Many options and they felt like first class citizens.
Read moreFlavorful, filling, and did I mention frackin’ delicious. Portion was generous and most people seemed to have some leftovers. Since we were traveling, and it would have been some kind of crime to leave that broth behind, i was required to down the whole bowl. Required.
My omni spouse also loved her meal. And we’d definitely visit again on return trips to the arean
Pros: Flavor party!, Cute atmosphere , Great service
Cons: Tables can be close together, Not near my house :-)

Fantastic - Edit
We had dinner here last night and it was absolutely delicious! The restaurant has a lovely character, the staff was delightful and the food was beyond perfect. I ordered the BOH (it’s not on the menu anymore, but it is part of their “secret menu” now. ASK!!!!). We will absolutely be eating here again.

Fun little shop - Edit
I've gone to both TORI's in the twin cities and had a good time at both. For this location I recommend the BOH which is basically whatever the chef wants to throw together for you. I thought it was delicious, including the craft lemon I had. My Omni friends were also impressed.

Tasty Food with GF Options - Edit
Quite a few items on the menu can be made vegan. It’s not listed on the menu but they have rice noodles for a GF option as well - which is great for a celiac vegan like me.
Read moreThe restaurant is on a cute triangle lot. They don’t do reservations for parties of 4 or fewer - so keep that in mind.
Probiotics for days - my tummy was so happy!! We got a side of vegan kimchi that was tasty and we tried the drinking vinegar. The drinking vinegar has rotating flavors, I got blueberry ginger. It was similar to switchel I’ve had before and a distant cousin of kombucha. It was very refreshing and great for gut health.

Delicious and unique flavors! - Edit
This is the BEST, most authentic and complexly flavored ramen I’ve had anywhere. They have several different ramens that can be made vegan as well as other menu options. Everything is marked “CBV” that can be made vegan. Highly highly recommend!
