Pretty interiors and good food - Edit
The place previously used to be an odd-looking cocktail bar, so I was very pleasantly surprised by the quirky and tasteful interiors greeting you as you step inside. We came during lunch hours, and it was pretty quiet.
Read moreThe service was quick and friendly, they made an effort to check that everything was ok.
The food was more than OK, but what we ordered was relatively standard curry, the portions medium sized and the taste nothing out of the ordinary for the price. Next time I will be more imaginative with my order, it did look like they had quite a bit more to offer.
Good food and the interiors give it a nice vibe.

Original and authentic food - Edit
We went in their second day of opening and were pleasantly surprised by the originality of their offer, the cosiness and ambience of the space, and the friendliness of the staff. The bathrooms are also really pretty as a side note. The owners have clearly made a lot of effort to create a nice space here (I was told it’s their first business and they are not connected to the other vegan Asian restaurants in the area).
Read moreWe tried the green rice tofu and mixed mushroom starters - both were delicious and nicely, the salad and sauces were really delicious accompaniments. The red rice, apple, and agave tea we ordered cake is beautiful little pots and was really good (slightly too sweet). The mains (My Quang and the first topf with tofu and seitan) were lovely and another nice surprise was the whole grain rice that came with the topf. Lastly, the mango dessert was extremely tasty.
I can only recommend this place - the service, food, and ambience were fantastic. The price is on the upper side of average for the area but reflects the quality and portion size of the dishes.
The menu was also interesting and original, and the ingredients were fairly local and seasonal (from our opinion) - the menu was also not overwhelmingly large which is always a good sign. The waiter said they would offer a weekly seasonal dish soon after their opening period, which I am looking forward to trying!

Sticky rice with mango made us happy - Edit
We happened to be there for the opening day. The food was very very delicious and authentic Vietnamese/Asian. Especially the dessert Sticky Rice with mango was a great pleasure for us. You can‘t get alcohol there - but non-alcoholic beer and delicious lassis. We wish them much success and hope that the quality will remain that way. Then we will surely come back, when we are in Berlin again.
