Great shop! - Edit
The shop owner (Alex) and his family run this cute fruit/veg shop and offer a wide range of vegan/vegetarian antipasti and salads. Their sandwich filled with antipasti (broodje Alex) is legendary and a pure bargain for 4€ (Vegetarian by default, but just ask for a vegan version)
