Not the best Thai we've every had, but a really good option. The drunken noodles and cashew stir fry were great and saucy. Skip the fresh rolls, honestly the worst I've ever had.
After eating at all of the Thai restaurants in Bend several times, I settled on Toomie's as my long-term option. The staff are super friendly, and knowledgeable about vegan modifications as other reviewers have noted. There are a significant number of vegan options on the menu - I've eaten here at least two dozen times and it hasn't gotten old yet.
Really flavorful, fresh veggies. They’re very familiar with how to veganize the dishes. I had the drunken noodles with fried tofu, no fish sauce or egg. So good!
After leaving Wild Rose with my family due to its lack of options and rude waiter, we decided to try a different Thai restaurant. Toomies is where we ended up.
The woman who seated to us explained that any dish except the curries could be made without fish sauce, which was very good news.
I had the Tom Yum soup, the spring rolls, and the cashew stir fry. Every one of those dishes was delightful, and filled me up well. My whole family enjoyed their dinners, even those who did not generally enjoy Thai cuisine.
The bathrooms were exquisite, which is something I'm very particular about. If I'm ever back in Bend, I'll make sure to stop by Toomies for some more good eats.

Very good - Edit
Had some great food here. Several options that can be made vegan and staff were knowledgable about making sure it was vegan. Would eat here again.
