Friendly and knew what vegan meant! - Edit

We ate here during a really long layover in Tx while traveling. The owner greeted us at the door, asked us about our travels, and gave us a place to store our luggage. He was so welcoming and friendly.

I ordered the vegan tamales on the menu. They were clearly labeled. When I went to order my sides, the cashier was able to tell me which rice was good to order and which used chicken stock. I felt fully confident in his ability to put my whole order in as vegan. The food came out quick and was very good!

Great tamales - Edit

Went to eat there with my mom and sister while we were in Grapevine for the annual Christmas event at the [censored]. One of the few vegan options nearby that wasn't a chain. Highly recommend it, only one vegan plate option but they were the best tamales I've ever had. Even my non-vegan mom liked the bean ones better than the meat ones.

Pros: Inexpensive, Great food, Friendly owner
