Went there for lunch and it was filled with locals. "Executive lunch" costs 26 bs. ($4 as of July 2016). You choose from a salad bar various plates (all were vegan), a soup (vegan), and then there are two options for the main dish (there was a vegetarian option and a vegan option), and then desert (vegan, but the least tasty of the whole meal). The bread was a big hard but tasty and clearly homemade. The llajua was spicy and delicious - just like it should be in La Paz. Will definitely return!
Limited breakfast options for vegans, but really good food otherwise. I had the chickpea burger, which was really good. Would have been better if they had soy or almond milk for the coffee.
This place is easy to find and offers a good vegetarian menu, some of which is vegan. I tried the quinoa burger and it was really good. Staff are knowledgeable on what is vegan and what is vegetarian. I also tried the vegan quinoa dessert. It was ok. Like most things, it would be better with more chocolate!
I had the almuerzo, which was a salad, a soup, the main dish and tee. Everything was really good and the staff was nice and helpful as well. And to top it all, I paid 20 bs for everything!
The only con I have is that they served the food really quickly, I was still eating my soup as they brought the main dish, so I felt a bit rushed.
But I would definitely recommend it!

Really nice cafe open for lunch and dinner, in a very central area of La Paz (a block away from Plaza Murillo). They have several veggie burger options (bean-based, quinoa-based, soy-based...). I tried the quinoa burger for 20 BOB and it was good, although later someone next to me ordered the tacos and they looked so good I regret not having been there twice during my stay in La Paz! Vegan options are available, and desserts were offered for free! it was tiny banana-nuts and carrot-coconut balls. No sugar, no dairy, and really delicious.
