Sooo tasty - Edit
This was soooo good. They have a few vegan options explicitly marked on their menu (they just made a new menu card and were putting on the „v“ marks when we came.

I can only recommend this place. It is very small and easy to miss but definitely worth it and the people who own it/work there are so kind and nice.

Vegan Taiyaki! - Edit
Finally I got the chance to try an authentic taiyaki but vegan! I got the classic one (anko) with red bean paste filling and it was delicious! The ingredients are fresh and the taste was incredible. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in town. The owners are so sweet and kind

Very tasty - Edit
Small shop staffed by two very friendly Japanese ladies. Has a few small seats, but it's really small😄I had two taiyaki (both vegan ones) and one onigiri which together is quite a lof of food. My favorite was the anko+miso taiyaki, the sweet and savoury tastes go well together. I've had vegen taiyaki before in the Netherlands at the Japanese film festival in Rotterdam, but you definately don't see them often and these are great. I will go back here to try the vegan curry as well!

Love love love this place! - Edit
Absolutely love this place. The staff is so cute and friendly, and they have several vegan desserts and drinks. The taiyaki were delicious, the onigiri too, and the oat matcha latte melted my heart. I would absolutely recommend stopping by and getting some latte and dessert there. The curry also was ok, I'm not the biggest fan of Japanese curry though so I'm not the best person to judge.

Cute fishy - Edit
We came here because of the cute fish pastry pics posted on happycow, and we were not disappointed! Freshly baked, vegan options clearly marked. Very friendly owner. Fish is bigger than it looked on the pics, actually a decent sized snack. The sweet red bean paste was delicious. Never had this type of snack before, would recommend.

Several vegan options - Edit
I stumbled upon this restaurant when I wanted to get a small vegan snack. I shared it with my grandmother and she loved it even. Super delicious and would come back any time I’m in the Hague. Also I never found anything like this in the Netherlands so its truly unique.

Nice to try vegan taiyaki - Edit
They have 2 vegan taiyakis: anko (with only aduki beans filling) and miso anko (with aduki beans and miso). It’s quite nice, but not so much that I would go back for it. The miso anko had a sweet & salty taste, which was special, but the dough tasted like plain pancake.

Super lekker - Edit
The vegan anko taiyaki is delicious.
Read moreA fish shaped sponge cake type / hot pastry treat filled with a red bean (anko) paste. Not too sweet and definitely more-ish.
Worth a try!
