Great food and conscientious staff

In Hutchinson temporarily for my job and was struggling to find vegan options. We told the server we were vegan and she was very careful to check the items with the manager to ensure they were vegan and they were happy to leave out ingredients that were not, for example eel sauce topping. Lots of choices!
