One Vegan Option plus Veganizable - Edit
Nice that they have one vegan option (burger) that doesn't require a lengthy discussion with the server. My husband ordered the tacos with an off-menu substitution of grilled squash and vegan cheese. I ordered the avocado toast, which, after a lengthy discussion about what menu items could be veganized, was served on bread that was suspiciously "buttery." The server checked with the kitchen and found out they toasted the bread on the grill in clarified butter. Fyi for Vegans who may not want this oil on their toast. Kitchen staff should understand that clarified butter is not vegan even though it looks like "just oil."

Pros: Vegan burger availability , Lovely setting, Server offered off-menu substitution
Cons: Use of clarified butter oil w/o disclosing

Pretty boring - Edit
They no longer have some of the stuff from previous reviews (burger, bowl). Just a few vegan options but the waitress knew what was veganizeable. My biggest complaint is that the food was super bland and lacking in seasoning. Salsa tasted like tomatos and nothing else. the vegan aioli had no flavor either. Not worth a visit in my opinion

Cons: Expensive, Bland

Quiet and relaxing spot - Edit
Off the beaten path, small bistro attached to the garden, great spot to meet friends for brunch and walk after, vegan tostada and salads available with avocado toast option. You will love one of Tucson’s treasures 💖

I really love the portion sizes and the freshness of the dishes! - Edit
Right now they offer the vegan lunch bowl and the beyond burger! The vegan burger is topped with a lot of lovely goodies and it really fills you up! It’s sweet and crunchy! I absolutely recommend, it’s just pretty expensive! The lunch bowl is absolutely delicious. It includes vegan sausage, spinach, sweet corn, mushrooms, roasted tomato, onion smashed spuds (idk what that is), poblano and vegan herb aioli. I’ve honestly never eaten a better bowl! I usually don’t pick bowls as my top options at restaurants, but this WILL NOT DISAPPOINT!
Read moreMy only suggestion is to offer a few more vegan breakfast options for brunch. Brunch is really popular here and having those vegan breakfast options would really make a difference. I noticed older posts that featured a vegan breakfast menu but I don’t know if that was discontinued or what..
Also ordered the sangria and it was very delicious! I like the fact that it was stronger rather than sweeter. Really appreciated and it was made fresh! Love love love!
My suggestions: Adding a little more seasoning to the beyond burger. The fries are seasoned perfectly! Maybe, transferring that seasoning to the burger.
Next suggestion: Adding grains to the grazed lunch bowl. Some type of rice or quinoa. Maybe a dash of lime to the rice and salt? Other than that, great experience!

Beautiful unexpected treat - Edit
Last minute brunch idea turned gone delightful unexpected treat. Although they only had 2 vegan breakfast options- the veggie hash with vegan sausage was scrumptious. I ate the whole thing. We sat on the dog friendly majestic patio and enjoyed bottomless mimosas. Super dog friendly with beautiful surroundings in a brick Spanish style hacienda. Must visit.
Read morePros: Vegan options , Only $0.50 to add avocados , The outdoor garden is majestic
Cons: Only few vegan options , I wish I could hang out on the patio forever , No alternative milk option for coffee

Wonderful place - Edit
Even though there are not a ton of vegan options, I love this place. Every time I would go to Tucson, I made an effort to come here, but I hadn't been able to go since going vegan. I was delighted to learn they had a couple of vegan options. I had the Garden Bistro Hash, which features Field Roast's Italian Sausage and it was delicious.
