So so so tasty. We had the duck pancakes, a spicy chilli chicken and some dumplings. Everything was so delicious and came quickly. Staff lovely also. Can’t wait to come back because I certainly will be!!

I have to visit Tofu Vegan every time I’m in Spitalfields! Incredibly delicious food and lovely service. There’s a whole separate gluten-free menu with a wide range of dishes. The Ho Fun noodles and Dongbei potato, green pepper & aubergine are personal favourites! It is quite expensive, but definitely worth it for a treat. Couldn’t recommend more.

This is one of my favorite restaurants ever. We were super hungry and jet lagged after a 12 hour flight and ordered 75% of the menu 😂. Fantastic service and even better food…one of my absolute favorites.

I enjoyed almost everything I ordered. The salt and pepper tofu were unevenly salted so some pieces were extremely salty. The service was a bit uninterested, but fast. At the end, I was told I was 10p short of paying my bill which I thought was an odd thing to argue with a guest about, given that 4.09 was the service charge. I was also not offered dessert nor asked if I wanted anything else.
Read moreBut let me discuss the food. I also ordered the soupy dumplings (good but one of them fell apart and the soupy part landed in my plate). Fried tofu with mushrooms (OMG so good) and a sweet corn soup, which my under 12 year old son really enjoyed.
The food was served very very quickly and also was very very HOT, so I did have to wait to eat it, which was difficult because it was so tasty and I was hungry.
I loved that they provided real chopsticks and they branded their napkins.
Pros: FOOD - hot and fast
Cons: Noisy - there was a large party and it was so loud, Could have had friendlier service

As someone who isn’t the biggest fan of Chinese cuisine because I enjoy the pure tastes vs everything smothered in sauces, I was blown away! 🚀 We had the “fish”, wontons and different dim sums. Fish and wontons with their house sauce were the highlight of our dinner. I could just eat those two dishes over and over again! The texture, sauce and flavor combinations were something else. We will definitely go back there before we leave London!

I came to this branch and the other two multiple times last year and it's still one of my favorite restaurants in London. The mapo tofu is SO GOOD and the dumplings, stir fried greens, and the hotpot are all really tasty. I will absolutely come here whenever I'm in town. Love it!

Everything was fine, service is good and fast. But the food was just not really anything to brag about.

Looove this spot! The menu is fantastic, and the dishes were such a delight! They do excellent mock meats, veggies and tofu options. Soo many things to choose from and the food came nice and quickly too. I was really impressed with the dumplings of all kinds and the fish and bao dish that I tried. I'll be back!!

Recommend the "fish" in chilli oil and the wontons (the food has been adapted to Western tastes so is not too spicy). The red bean sauce filling dessert is also delicious and not too sweet. Authentic Chinese place that is 100% vegan. Also reasonably priced. Better to make reservation ahead of going.
