There are already vegan options on the menu for most things (burger, toasted sandwich, salad, pizza) and will also happily veganise anything. Open Mon-Sun 10:00am-12:00am. Hours may change seasonally.

This was the place with the most food options I found in Sougia.

The perfect holiday lunch - Edit
Stumbled on this place after hiking the Agia Irini gorge at the start of April (it was the only restaurant open for lunch!) and had such a wonderful experience. Looking out over the beach with fresh delicious food and such a relaxed vibe. Can't recommend highly enough.
