You definitely get the feeling that the chef has taken time and really thought about he vegan dishes. Not the run of mill choices of risotto or pasta

Boutique hotel with decent vegan menu - Edit
I've been coming here for years now and over the past couple of years there has been a huge improvement in the vegan and vegetarian options in the restaurant, with a separate vegan dinner menu available with maybe 3 choices per course. I've previously had to specifically request the vegan menu as the standard menu didn't have the vegan options listed so if it's not provided just ask. The roasted avocado on sourdough on the breakfast menu is a highlight!
