Really great vegan platter - Edit
Great platter with a lot of vegan options. I went there with my niece. It was her first time trying Ethiopian food and she enjoyed it as well. It's definitely recommend it!

Authentic Ethiopian - Edit
My first time at an Ethiopian restaurant, this would have to be the best Ethiopian food I've ever had. I got the vegan combination platter and enjoyed every bit of it, including the unique, spongy injera. This restaurant seemed authentic and appeared to be just one guy running the place. He interacted with all the other customers like regulars which spoke volumes to me. I would like to go back and be a returning customer, but with friends/family (1) so we can make fun of each other's not knowing the proper way to eat Ethiopian and (2) so I can maybe try some of the other vegan items which I imagine are as flavorful and filling as what I had.

Pros: Food is great, lots of vegan options, combo platter offers even more of a variety, & worker was appropriately attentive.
Cons: Made from scratch at time of order, if dining in, don't expect your curry in a hurry, but come prepared to wait & it'll be worth it.

I was taken by surprise when I first visited this place. All all the items on the Vegan Combo (Beyeynetu) tasted amazing, on so many levels. Definitely a 'must vsit' place in Lincoln!
