Take-out
Vietnamese
A small, basic vegetarian restaurant on one of the town's main roads. It is open to the street on one side and is decorated with Buddhist images. It offers a number of cheap rice and noodle dishes, and has a biscuit stall out front. Has vegan dishes and others that could possibly be made vegan - please inquire. English doesn't appear on the menu, nor is it spoken by staff.

Lovely banh uot - Edit
I tried banh my, banh canh (noodle soup) and bang uot. The banh uot was the best with different topping and veggies and bean sprout. The banh canh wasnt different so much from other shops. Cheap and easy to find.

OK roadside eatery - Edit
This place seemed popular with locals. A strange little place: a roadside restaurant, very basic but well illuminated and decorated with Buddhist imagery. The staff had no English whatsoever, which made ordering fun. The food (I had a noodle soup, as well rice and spring rolls) was average, similar to other restaurants in this price range.
