Great vegan options - Edit
One of my favorite sandwich shops. They have a ton of vegan options and toppings. You can customize however you like. They make sure to keep their vegan and non vegan items separate. They will check if you are ordering vegan and non vegan items, and they make sure to change gloves/switch to vegan station.

He keeps all the food separated even the veggies for vegans it’s all on its own side.
He gets some of his vegan meats from The Butcher’s Son restaurant in Berkeley.

Today when was as Timmy Ginger's, the owner asked one of his employees if he was 'special ed" cause he was apparently working too slow, right in front of my family and many other customers it's wonderful to promote vegan places and especially small businesses, but please do not support this place. If you read the other Google and Yelp reviews you will see that the owner has a long track record of treating his employees badly. Please do not promote this business.

This sandwich place is good and has lots of vegan and non-vegan options which is really nice. The sandwiches though are just ok to me - a lot of them tend to be a little spicier than I'd like.

I loved how many choices they have and how they mimic a typical sandwich place with vegan deli meats and cheeses. The dutch crust bread option makes any sandwich amazing 😊

Made by order online by the time I got there sandwiches were cold. Thought they would at least taste decent for the price but they were bland and the vegan meats were very thick, chewy and tasteless. Would not recommend it.

We were thrilled to hear an independent sandwich shop with vegan options opened in Roseville, were soon disappointed. The problem is that everything for the vegan sandwiches is nondescript items we have at home to make our own or could purchased, packaged at Raley's or any supermarket.

What a great find!! Amazing vegan sandwiches. Lots of variety and hearty in size. Fast, knowledgeable service. Even saw the owner teaching the new staff about vegan preparations in a separate area! Definitely will be back. Would have given 5 stars but not a fully vegan establishment.

Many vegan options and vegan condiments and sides and snacks. Easy to customize any sandwich to your liking. All bread is also vegan. Mostly faux meats but also chickpea salad, hummus, etc. Simple but healthy. Seating not exciting as it is on a very busy corner.
