Great pizza place - Edit
There are a few vegan options but you can "build" a pizza with the ingredients you select. The large pizza is as big as th table 😆

HUGE vegan pizzas! - Edit
While this restaurant serves meat and fish, it is one of only two restaurants we found in Palermo with intentional vegan options (as opposed to accidental vegan options). There were 3 vegan options on the menu, we tried the Patatì (potatoes, pistachio sauce, chopped pistachios) and the Veg Veg (tomato, mushrooms, truffle, rocket). Very reasonably priced, and among the best pizzas we have ever had! We got the regular sized pizzas but you should see the size of the large!!!

Cons: Not fully vegetarian

Jummy Jummy Pizza! Awesome! - Edit
Great Pizzas. Vegan options are without cheese. Pizza without cheese is no Pizza. We chose vegetarian options, since vegan cheese is not available. Pizza dough is super tasty, no matter whether it is the normal half-wholemeal version or gluten-free.

Cons: No vegan cheese , No umbrellas outside (no go for lunch at summer)

Amazing Vegan Pizza By The Slice!!!!! - Edit
They do vegan pizza by the slice and it’s delicious!!!!!!!!! You need to ask the person serving “which one is vegani?” As none are marked. Then you tell them how many slices you want and they heat it up in their little oven for you to enjoy on the tables on the street or for take away. They have a rotating different vegan pizza on the counter that you can get for €4 per slice and the slices are a decent size too. Lots of toppings. We went here 4 times in 2 days and every time had a different slice pizza. And every time the pizza was delicious. 🤤

No vegan options - Edit
There were no vegan options on the menu. Barely any of the pizzas were vegetarian. It looked pre made and expensive for a not so great looking pizza so we went elsewhere. I wouldn’t go out of your way for this place, you can get a pizza without cheese in loads of places

Options - Edit
Not bad. No vegan cheese, but they have a lot of different vegan pizza options. Each pizza is about 7.50 or 8.50. I couldn't eat the whole thing myself. They have a pizza with the famous Sicilian wild mountain fennel-- a strong and unique flavor, but I loved it and was excited to try it!

Vegan pizzas for a quick bite - Edit
Located on a pedestrian street in the very center of Palermo, Timilia is very convenient for a quick bite. It offers five or six vegan pizzas clearly indicated on the menu. I took the "vegan pizza" with tofu, basil and tomatoes. The pizza was good for the price but not extraordinary. The tofu had no taste and there was no vegan cheese. On the whole, you may find better pizzas or eateries elsewhere but a stop might be useful sometimes when in the area.

Cons: not 100% vegan, no vegan cheese

Good for a quick meal - Edit
Timilia is in a very handy location right in the centre of Palermo. Order at the counter and then sit outside on the (pedestrianised) street.
Read moreThere are several vegan pizzas listed on the menu with interesting toppings. I opted for the Green which had broccoli as well as mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and olives. A quick tasty meal.
Pros: Interesting vegan pizzas (labelled on menu), Quick, Central location
Cons: Not all veg*an
