Very good, Times Veg definitely a favourite go-to for vegetarian food - Edit
Simply one of the best of the Zi Zai Vegetarian group of vegetarian restaurants, tucked away in a cozy location within the Bukit Batok Central estate. It has a versatile and comprehensive Asian menu selection of vegetarian delights. Other than a few shortcomings (e.g. western food not available for the longest time since we started coming here), the food here has been consistently good. Able to select egg and egg-less options. Staff is friendly and attentive.
Read moreAlso has different selection of rice (brown rice, white rice and fragrant rice). Various Fried Rice, Mock Chicken Rice, Kung Pao Chicken Cube, Nasi Lemak, Lion mane mushrooms dishes and Veg Bak Kut Teh among our favourites.
5-stars rating.
Pros: Affordable range (individual sets to sharing dish), Can request for less oil or less salt (health), Tasty variety of Asian vegetarian food
Cons: Western foods not available for the longest time, Nothing much really

Decent meal - Edit
There’s a home-y environment and the food has the feeling of a home-cooked meal. Love the lion mane mushroom rice & nasi lemak. Affordable for students, most set meals are within the range of $4.50 to $11.

Unfriendly Staff - Edit
Food and price is average otherwise, decent, but staff there are mostly Gen Z’s and are unfriendly. While eating and afterwards paying for the meal, they will be gathered at the first floor to eat their lunch and talk behind your back while giving you stares, during cny period, not a sign of welcome and any greetings. Eating there is like eating in a gangster den, being stared at , not a favourable moment to celebrate family lunch during CNY.

Wok hei type of Hor Fun - Edit
Time's vege is one of the outlets under Zi Zaiha Zhai. 1st floor is usually for those who prefer to meal without air con. 2nd floor is air conditioning area with the feels of simple cafe interior design.
Read more1st time try this XO Lion Mane Mushroom which costs at the price of $10.
The chef marinate the mushroom with XO and fried it with chilli.
On the very 1st piece... You might only get the taste of spicy instead of the XO. After few pieces, our mouth will slowly adapt to the chilli taste and start to have a feel of the XO.
The standard of their food is almost the same thru out all outlets of zi zai zhai even though it is prepared by different chefs.
So far for the hor fun that I tried in quite a number of their outlets.. It come with the wok hei feels. That require certain amt of cooking skill.
Pros: Able to request for vegan option, Food standard is almost standardise in all outlets
