Couldn’t see any vegan options displayed, asked and was given a simple “no” with no offer of alternatives. The place next door currently sells vegan croissants, but was sold out when I visited late arvo.
In autogrill franchise. Has “alproccino” which is oat milk cappuccino. No vegan sandwiches at lunch time on a weekend. Did have a sign for a vegan croissant but not available at the time.
Not enough choices, don’t come at peak hours - Edit
I came there on Sunday at lunch time. Even though there weren’t many people inside, I could tell that much of the freshly made products were already gone.
They had no vegan panini or croissants. I proceeded asking for the only vegan burger (displayed in an ad on the counter): they were out of it. Then I asked if the only vegetarian panino could be turned vegan, by either removing the cheese and/or adding something else. The waitress said that “they only had that one kind” and that that cheese is delicious!
Alright. I’m Italian and I understand that their policy is to sell what they have without modifications, however that is starkly in contrast with what other older reviews said.
I derive that they have decreased the attention and consideration for the vegan clientele, or some others might have got lucky with better prepared personnel.
They offer a vegan burger and a vegan croissant. I read about a carrot cake but they dont offer it anymore.
I ate the burger but couldn’t finish it because in my opinion it was absolutely not delicious.
We went to time Cafe because we wanted to eat the vegan brioche (croissant) which was very good, but then we also ate the vegan carrot cake which was a great surprise! Very good vegan options!
The vegan carrot cake got us all sugared up, the croissants taste just like the vegan ones at the Rome airport. It was a great quick breakfast after an overnight train ride!
Basically the only vegan food in the terminal - Edit
They have a vegan brioche (fresh, tasty, and €1.5) I speak a bit of Italian. I saw a spaghetti with basil and tomato on the menu, and I asked if it could be made vegan without the added parmesan on top, as it looked like in the picture. I told them I was vegan and the man offered a vegan sandwich that was off menu and I went with it. It had tofu, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, tapanad, and avocado on a multi grain roll. It was pretty great and only €5
When I went they didn’t have a vegan sandwich. I bought a fruit cup and a little round carrot cake, which was very nice. They did however let someone push in front of us, even when we pointed it out - bad customer service!
Agree with previous review; it’s now called Time Cafe.
I’m pretty sure that this cafe changed it’s name from Moka to Time Cafe, as we could’t find the Moka cafe and this Time Cafe served a Vegan Sandwich and Vegan Pastry such as chocolate brioche and carrot cake. It is located underground where the metros are, right under the main plaza at the train station.

Pros: Close to the main station entrance, Relatively calm also at peak hour
Cons: Poor consideration for veganism, Standardised offers

Good for a quick coffee and snack while waiting for the train - Edit
They have a vegan carrot cake and vegan brioche. Only place with something vegan in the station as far as I could tell.
Read moreUnfortunately they don’t seem to carry the vegan panino anymore. So that’s a bummer.
Pros: It’s literally in the train station, Has something vegan, Vegan options are clearly marked
Cons: Very little vegan options, Used to have a vegan “panino” but now they don’t
