Very Nice Menu - Edit
Thank you for not giving me falafels and sorbet. Lovely different vegan menu with an actual starter main course and desert. Very nice indeed.

Sunday roast and amazing dessert - Edit
Not cheap but the food was so good. Vegan Sunday roast option was a beetroot, quinoa and mushroom roast , all really fresh and delicious. Dessert was an apple and pear tart tatin with vegan ice cream which sounds boring but was honestly the best vegan dessert I have had. Will definitely return, friendly staff, everything tasted fresh, good service.

They are trying to expand menu - lovely setting - Edit
They have recently added a chickpea burger and salad - also one cauliflower croquettes starter (which was over priced I felt for how much you got, however the flavours were nice). There is also one Sunday roast option - a standard nut roast.

Has the potential to expand more options but has a little way to go...
Pros: Location, A few options
Cons: Standard nut roast and burger, Slightly over priced starter

Highly recommended - Edit
The menu is updated seasonally, so the specific dishes other reviewers have mentioned no longer apply. I found this to be a really lovely place to stay or visit for a meal. There were two vegan breakfast options (as well as fruit, cereal and toast/marmite in the buffet), and on the main menu two vegan starters and two vegan mains. Of course it would be lovely to have more options but I thought this was pretty great! The food was delicious (if a bit underseasoned) and well thought out. And they even brought us a vegan amuse-bouche. There was no vegan dessert available (although they do sometimes have sorbets) but the kitchen offered me three off-menu dessert options (I ended up with strawberries with melted dark chocolate and almonds for dipping in - delicious). They have soy milk and all the staff seem to be knowledgeable about veganism. The service was also excellent in general - they were only too happy to accommodate any requests.

tagine - Edit
Fab place and tagine is nice but would be good to have some other options as we’re local and would love to eat there more.

yummy vegan options & accomodating to vegans - Edit
Stayed here 2 nights and though there was only one clearly marked vegan main they were super accommodating at tweaking the menu to make sure I could have a different vegan meal the next night.
Read moreLots of veggie options and gluten free too.
Pros: clear vegan options, good atmosphere, lovely, friendly & helpful staff
Cons: only one main vegan option
