Great Thai food in Anderson - Edit
HappyCow is telling me I can't put 5 stars for a restaurant not fully veg, but otherwise there is no reason they don't get 5 stars.
Read moreThe owner/host was so kind and patient and knowledgeable about vegan/vegetarian, and it was easy to talk to him about which options could be made vegan. This is addition to there already being a vegetarian section on the menu. When he had to ask his wife, the chef, any questions, I felt she really knew what she was talking about and knew the ingredients in each dish.
Example: she made the green curry for me without fish sauce/shrimp paste to make it vegan. And it might have been the best green curry I've ever had. My mom had the vegan pad see ew and it was so good we came back twice on our vacation. Easily the most vegan-friendly place we could find in Anderson. Our other family members also enjoyed their non-veg dishes, but ew.
Anyway. Now I have to find the photos because their presentation was stunning...
Pros: Delicious food, Kind and knowledgeable staff, Clearly denoted vegan/vegetarian options (and gf)
Cons: Food took awhile to come, but bc they make it GOOD, Wish it were fully veg restaurant, I was cold?
