We stopped in to the Westlake Village location of Tifa. Instantly we noticed the beautiful decor and sweet aroma that filled the room.
Read moreUnfortunately there was a very limited vegan selection of gelato at this location. We both ordered the small bowl of vegan Peanut Butter. Overall the taste was delicious, but definitely felt overpriced, especially having ordered the smallest size. However, we would still go back again for some more.
This definitely seems to be the late night spot for teenagers and families with young children. When we arrived around 8pm, there were children running around and yelling right outside the doors. I would recommend going later in the evening in order to avoid the chaos of obnoxious children. We did witness some unsettling interactions between teenagers in the parking lot as well, which we could have gone without seeing.
Pros: Tasty flavor , Nice ambiance , Friendly staff
Cons: Pricey , Busy/chaotic/loud , Limited options

I tried vegan peanut, chocolate and grapefruit flavour. I didn’t really like the chocolate but the other two flavours are really good!!

Peanut butter gelato is vegan. Really delicious. Been a few times but most recently I went in the evening. A bunch of teenage boy employees were wearing sunglasses inside and didn’t give a damn about cross contamination. Refused to give us non contaminated gelato from the new bin. Scary. But still, try the peanut butter and avoid the men 😂

Tasty Vegan Options! - Edit
Tifa offers a warm welcoming environment with super tasty gelato and sorbettos. Their chocolate is delicious. They also offer tasty seasonal flavors as well. Unfortunately they don’t offer any vegan desserts or treats. They are open late which is a huge bonus as well. I highly recommend Tifa.
