Best Vegan Meal in Banff

There wasn’t any vegan options on the menu, but when we asked they prepare one for tour bus customers and some staff are vegan.

I was skeptical as it was just a potato rostie with roast vegetables.

But this is the best food i have had in banff. It wasn’t a vegan alternative of non-vegan foods, it was its own flavourful plant dish. The chef for this restaurant has been cooking for 40 years.

The vegetables were cooked delicately, and beautifully.

I wish for this dish/restaurant to grow traction so the chef can make more vegan dishes 🤤

Also had vegan sorbet for dessert Blackberry and Lemon .

Great restaurant for non-vegan family and friends too as realistically other people you know will enjoy amazing food here.

The service was amazing, my glass was never empty refilled 6 times never had to ask.
Staff is friendly, professional its a family owned business.

Pros: Best vegan dish in banff, All made fresh as you order

Cons: Limited vegan options , expensive but worth the price
