Options veganes

Nombreuses possibilités véganes à la carte, mais rien ne les distingue des autres plats.
Serveur peu accueillant et avare d'explications.
Pas de momo véganes disponibles.
Par contre, bon rapport qualité-prix.

Great place

An amazing little place, the staff went through all the options that they could make vegan for me. Then they allowed me to choose any dishes I wanted to create my own "set menu. All the dishes had great flavour, something I have not experienced at any Tibetan place since.

Tibetan food with some vegan option

Some tibetan soups and meals are available without meat but if you come here to try the momos you would only find a vegetarian option (with cheese).

Great and tasty food!

I had the Thuk Ngoe (fresh noodles with sautéd vegetables) for main course and Shok'ko Ngarmo (sweet potato creme with plant based milk, coconut milk and vanilla) for dessert. Ask to remove honey to make it vegan.
Waiters know about the vegan diet and were very helpful.
Overall, the food was really great and tasteful.

Nice place with some decent vegan options

Several vegan options, some vegetarian ones can be made vegan. The owner understands the vegan requirements.
One dessert is vegan (sweet potato cream with vanilla and coconut milk)
I had some large pastas with mixed veggies, that was really good!

Good food

I had a nice dinner here. Several vegan options. Service is friendly and will make vegetarian options vegan upon request. My vegetarian partner was very happy with her dumplings, my home-made fried vegetable noodles were very good, too. The vegetable soup was not so interesting.
Ask for the spicy sauce if you’re into that, it’s nice.
Prices are very friendly (around 10€ for a main dish). So probably the best option in Lourdes guessing from the sketchy looks of all other restaurants.

Really tasty and good value

Yummy food, good service, really fresh, friendly, praise God

This was the salad and dhal, also had the vegetable curry but forgot to take a pic- was all delicious and fresh at Tibetain Lung-Ta in Lourdes

Heureuse découverte !

Un joli décor et une ambiance chaleureuse et colorée.
Les trois plats goûtés étaient fort appréciables, simples et à la fois surprenants de saveurs.
Les quantités étaient rassasiantes et rien n'était gras.

Family restaurant

Small place run by a family. There were two vegan options on the menu, and a few that could be made vegan. Food was tasty and service was good.

A essayer les yeux fermés

En visite à Lourdes, j'ai cherché un restaurant avec des choix végétaliens. Quel bonheur d'être tombé dans celui-ci : choix variés, pleins de saveurs, rapidité, personnel accueillant. J'ai adoré !

Wonderful

The most amazing soups and noodles, dishes with wonderful favours and colours.
Menu written in English and French.
Highly recommend.
