Good Food with Well-Labeled Vegan Options - Edit
Vegan options shouldn't be unusual at Italian restaurants, but most seem to use cheese and/or butter as a primary flavor base (even when not traditional). As such, I was happy to see the Ti Amo had several vegan options that were very well-labeled on their menu. Bruschetta is provided as a complimentary appetizer, and it was fresh and flavorful. I ordered the Penne Cajun, which includes a vegan alfredo made with an almond milk reduction. It was actually somewhat spicy and tasted great.

Appreciate the options….but unfortunately they just don’t taste any good. - Edit
Came here for my birthday as my family is omnivore and I saw they had several vegan options. Got bruschetta for an appetizer, it was pretty good. Very garlicky but fresh. For entrees I ordered the Cajun pasta and my husband ordered a vegan pizza with mushrooms, spinach, and bruschetta. The Cajun pasta is….just bad. Almond milk with a LOT of old bay and cayenne pepper. It was very spicy but with no other flavor. The cheese on the pizza is daiya, which in my opinion is the worst of the vegan cheese brands and I can barely stomach the stuff. Like cmon, every other brand is sooo much better 🥲. The waiter knew I was vegan but brought out some scoops of ice cream as a complimentary birthday dessert, saying “I know you’re vegan so I guess you can share with the group”. So I passed my birthday dessert to my grandma LOL. Not trying to sound ungrateful for the free dessert, but I’d rather nothing was brought out at all. I’d be curious about the other entrees-especially the lasagna. But all in all I’d skip this place. They need to make sure the vegan dishes actually taste decent before offering them as options!

A mixed experience - Edit
We are visiting family in Tulsa, and were eager for some comfort food in the form of pasta. We got 4 dishes to share: bruschetta, vegan Bolognese, vegan lasagna, and vegan Cajun pasta. The bruschetta was good, but a little too salty. Definitely didn't ruin it though! The Bolognese and lasagna were both made with some kind of fake meat (I'd guess Beyond), and were pretty tasty. The lasagna had green olives in it, which I'd never had before and quite enjoyed. The Cajun pasta was the only disappointment: it was spicy without being flavorful at all. It needed seasoning generally, salt especially. There weren't too many veggies in it, and the spinach and mushrooms that were there were quite soggy and also bland. I'd come back to try the couple of other dishes.
