Amazing Brunch (See Update)

I learned about this place during the 2023 Vegan Chef Challenge 😊 They recently came out with a ton of awesome vegan breakfast options, and they have some vegan sweets!

Everything is sooooo good. Try the tomato potatoes, they're incredible!

The staff is friendly, but the wait is usually pretty long (understandable), and they often run out of things. But a great experience otherwise!

Update as of 10/19/2024: Every time I come here, my experience is worse than the last. Wait times are longer and longer, I pay for extras that are forgotten or my order is just completely wrong, and they've taken almost everything vegan off the menu. They participated in the 2024 VCC but I'm incredibly disappointed in the options - they were so medicore or even bad that I didn't finish them. Extremely disappointed, because I used to love this place.

Good but little selection

The vegan cinnamon sugar donut was soft and delicious. There was only one other vegan selection that day (chocolate chip cookie). Breakfast was very limited vegan wise and it was quite pricey. I would return just for the donuts though!

High Quality Vegan Food Options

The folks at Three Twigs never disappoint! The food is delicious and although not a lot of vegan options, they do accommodate and have delicious offerings. Love the Giant GF and Vegan chocolate chip cookies 🍪

My Favorite Bakery!

This place is unbelievable! They offer tons of vegan friendly pastries, drinks, breakfast food, and lunch dishes. You can veganize a lot of things too! They occasionally do vegan takeovers (all vegan menu all day) which is amazing! The biggest reason I love them is that they don't use high fructose corn syrup, artificial dyes, artificial colors, etc! They use all natural ingredients and source locally when they can. Fantastic bakery! The cosmic brownies are the best!

Pros: Lots of vegan options, All natural ingredients

Great decor and vegan cafe food!

Great service and decor. I had the Chickplease Sandwich and it was fantastic! I also tried the Vegan Caramel Latte with coconut milk and vegan whipped cream and it was delicious. Thank you to Three Twigs for recommitting to add more vegan options in 2022! #Veganuary

Pros: Great vegan/gluten free baked goods, Recommitted to more vegan options in 2022, Good lunch options

Cons: A little pricy

Vegan sweet tooth

I was in town and was in the mood for some sweets and thought I would stop in and see what they had. I got a doughnut and a brownie and both tasted amazing. Will definitely be back when Im back in town.

A star in downtown Springfield

I truly love this place. The whole top shelf in the baked goods case is vegan and gluten free. They have vegan lunch options as well. I do wish they’d get more variety in their baked goods (I can only take so many baked doughnuts and muffins, and those cinnamon rolls on the non-vegan shelf look so good), but I’m just glad they exist and make fantastic treats.

Pros: Baked goods, Vegan lunch

Cons: Baked goods limited

Awesome!

I didn’t know this place existed for a while because I hadn’t heard anything about it. I was downtown and popped in and was pleasantly surprised with their selection of vegan baked goods. The donuts are delicious! The only down side is they close super early.

Pros: location , vegan baked goods

Cons: hours
