Great deli!

This was a great deli with wonderful vegan sandwiches, soups, salads, and wraps. The Tofu Ruben sandwich was excellent, and the Veggie Wrap was perfect for a light, healthy lunch. They also had great vegan products in the store.

Best store ever

Our fav store in FW!!! Love thos place, love the produce, love the employees, love all the vegan options and products!!

Pros: Bulk food, Hot deli, Huge store, tons of info on products

Cons: A bit pricey, but u get what u pay for

A nice stop!

A great selection of produce and vegan fair. They also have A hot bar with vegan options(there were six) and a little cafe style area where they will make you coffee(they have plant milk) and fresh sandwiches(vegan options available) I got a tofu Rueben and my significant other got a pizza panini both of which are vegan and delicious! Prices are not cheap but reasonable.

Pros: Vegan hot food, Vegan shopping , Friendly staff

Cons: A little pricey

Best drinks

With the location, I just don't understand why this place is not packed! Even if you are not veggie or vegan, this place has the best cheesecake. It reminds me of the small neighborhood groceries of Chicago and New York. You can go through the store and pick some drinks and chips and stuff, and add that to your entree tab. But you HAVE to have their desserts, OMG! Go to the zoo in the summer, and stop by the Co-Op afterwards. Or even the nearby public library. Science Central is close, the Lawton Skate Park, and downtown stuff is just a few minutes drive away. The Co-Op is not in the "safe" suburban neighborhood, so you don't see a lot of women who look like Jennifer Aniston driving their Yukons, but this place is soooooo cool. And the food is really, really good. Even for kids.

Pros: Good Food, Nice people, Neighborhood feel

Cons: Lock your car
