The hummingbird bake is outstanding - Edit
It was super rich a decadent. I don’t think I’ve had French toast that was this good. Ordered a veggie sausage on the side (good but not worth the $3 it was).

Great food and atmosphere - Edit
Wow. Cute local restaurant. After seeing this restaurant on here we finally made it in. The staff were very vegan knowledgeable! There was a special Vegan section on the menu PLUS our server showed us two additional sandwiches that could be made Vegan. I got the Beet Reuben with coleslaw. So fresh and tasty. The coleslaw had diced apples and colorful cabbage. We took two pastries to go. Will definitely return.

Great Breakfast Options - Edit
First of all, can we talk about how cute this place is? Second, there were quite a few vegan options available. I opted for the hummingbird bake—french toast w/blueberries and oat crisp topping. I also had a side of vegan sausage. This place does not disappoint. They also have vegan creamer. Staff is friendly and willing to help in any way.

Vegan meals and deserts - Edit
I am always surprised by how good vegan food can be in the hands who are willing to take on the challenge. I had the Vegan Tostados for only $12 and it was the most delicious meal I've had on my trip to Eureka Springs. Sometimes restaurants does not have any vegan desert but the Three Bird Cafe has a chocolate cake that is both gluten free and vegan!

Nice Spot for Breakfast or Lunch - Edit
It was nice to find this spot in a town with few vegan options. The front area outside was dog friendly.
Read moreI had the vegan bowl, which was good. It had vegan chorizo and vegan cheese.
I was disappointed that there wasn't a vegan breakfast burrito, but there were vegan options on the seasonal menu, including a strawberry toast with vegan ricotta.
I wish there were some vegan pastries, like at least a cookie.
Pros: Fresh, local ingredients, Dog friendly seating outside, Oat milk for coffee
Cons: No vegan baked goods

Small but good offerings. Unfortunately they offer morning star vegan options. - Edit
Homemade meat offerings, when mentioned to server she didn’t even acknowledge that I had talked to her. Need better communication skills

Very accommodating - Edit
The chef made sure my smoked beet sandwich was made in a fresh skillet free of meat, offered veganase on the side. She has gone out of her way to make sure I always get a great meal without risk of getting sick from an accidental mammal meat/dairy exposure. And everyone there is kind, friendly and you just want to hug them.

Great little place for breakfast - Edit
I gave it 3 stars instead of 4 because they were out of potatoes to make a vegan bowl. I opted for the Garden Toast (avocado and veggies) and a side of vegan sausage. It was quite tasty! Nice to have this option in this small town. Nice staff, LGBTQ friendly.

So Healthy! So delicious! - Edit
Three bird cafe was a wonderful little nook in Eureka. Not far from the downtown area on van buren, serving both vegetarian/vegan options & of course meat options for the rest of the family! I spoke to the chef & she was super accommodating about being vegan! No judgement whatsoever. They have vegan cheese (that was pretty good) & vegan mayo! The only downside was no vegan desserts. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area!
