Dishonest business for dietaries - Edit
For starters the owner has had Google try to take down any critical or negative reviews about the food and quality.
Read moreImportantly, dishes on the menu that are marked vegetarian are in fact ones that contain fish as informed by the staff. You can purchase a fried rice in only a larger option that the staff say is "vegetarian". You would have to be brave to ask about vegan and there is no point given how rude the customer service is. I'd give it negative stars or a warning to the authorities if I could.

Pretty sure the "veggie" salad I got had some kind of fish sauce in it. Shrimpy after taste. Apart from that, it's basically just a fried noodle fast food place. There are much better Thai places to go to.

Food marked as vegetarian, like the curry, contain fish sauce. No veg options available. Ordered the fried rice with tofu without egg and found traces of egg in it. On the other location in Neu Isenburg I once had chicken in my dish. They don't even bother to be sorry, just saying it could happen. Very disappointing experience !!!

Veggie-friendly Thai restaurant - Edit
Thong Thai is one of the very few places at Frankfurt airport where it is easily possible to get vegetarian or vegan food. It is not really a restaurant, but rather a stall with some seating area outside. They do have some vegetarian options, and they offer a vegetable curry that is vegan (using coconut milk).
Read moreQuality is ok, price is ok, and it is not difficult to find the place - simply go to the underpass below Terminal 1, next to the huge McDonalds restaurant. Follow the signs to the railway station (local) to get there. Outside of the security area, so you can go there either before checking in or after arriving in Frankfurt Airport and collecting your luggage.
Pros: Vegan and vegetarian options, Price ok for airport location, Taste ok
Cons: Not in main terminal, but in underpass
