Decent Bahn Mi

The tofu bahn mi was decent, but nothing special. The tofu didn’t have a ton of flavor, but it was cooked well. The veggies were ok. The bread on the sandwich was probably the best part. Nonetheless, really happy to have a vegan option at the market. They were happy to make it without mayo or pate. The service was prompt and professional!
