Fast food vegan restaurant est. 2018 in the 3rd district of Paris, near the stations Oberkampf and République. Restaurant makes vegan burgers in house. Served with french fries, you can choose between ketchup and mayo. The menu also offers some vegan snacks as well as vegan desserts such as a chocolate brownie. Previously known as Burger Theory. Open Mon-Thu 11:30-22:00, Fri-Sun 11:00-22:00.

Exactly what you expect - Edit
The chicken burger is better than the ones with the soy patty, the cauliflower is kind of refreshing and really good, the buffalo wings are drenched in a barbeque sauce that's even for a skeptic okay. But note that the loaded fries are served with the same BBQ sauce.
Read moreThe portions are decent, the flavours strong, it's not the best I've ever eaten but I'd go (ore order) there again and all my post marathon cravings were satisfied.
They offer Uber eats delivery and that worked great!

Lovely burger - Edit
We went there bc our first choice was closed, but I couldn't be happier that it was. The burger was thick and juicy, the fries were crunchy and salty and the staff was so sweet and friendly. We even got ourselves a delicious milkshake to go. Definitely recommend, if you are in Paris!

At 15.50 for a menu (burger side drink) that actually gets your stomach full, this was one of the cheaper meals we found on our trip.
Read moreThe burger itself (I had Giant Theory) was the weakest part, as both the soy medallion and the bread were kinda dry, and the toppings were slapped on messily so some bites were lacking "juice", but it was still passable. Grilled cauliflower with peanut dip was surprising in a very good way. Mayo and ketchup both tasted homemade.
Extra point for the space on the second floor: low tables, real cutlery, clean toilet.

Burgers are good but I came on one evening were everything was dirty. The stairs ramp, the tables, the floor... it made the experience not so pleasant. Not sure if I would come back.

We went twice during our stay just to have the Kobe bowl again. Such a lovely combo of veg, quinoa, faux meat and satay sauce. The Royal burger was also very good. Nice staff and places to sit upstairs or outside. I’d recommend stopping by!

I was reluctant to have a burger in Paris since I go to the US 5-6 times a year and of course I have vegan burgers there all the time. So on my last day in Paris, it was raining, I was close to Theory and I was also tired and I didn’t want to go any further so I went in there and OMG I am so glad I did, I had one of the best vegan burgers ever! Honestly on the top of my list, so if you’re there, don’t think twice and have an amazing theory burger, you won’t be disappointed. I ordered the LE DOUBLE CHEESY 🥰🥰🥰 but I was so hungry it didn’t make it to the picture. 🤷🏻♀️🍔🫶

Very good burgers, we got two menus and it came with a portion of fries and a drink. The portions seemed a bit small but there was ketchup and mayo for free on the tables so that made up for it.

I had been there a couple of years ago to try their burger as a take away and I hadn’t been super convinced… but today I went back to eat there with my dad and what a lovely surprise!!!!!! Their menu has changed quite a bit, I took their King mushroom burger which was out of this world. Also, they are on the app TheFork (formerly known as La Fourchette if you are French…) and if you have enough points (2000) it gives you a discount of 50€. So I basically ate for free… I will go back and try all their menu I think😁Last but not least the waiter was SO nice!!!!!!

Read moreThe fries were overcooked or had been sat around for too long. I never leave fries but I had to here.
The mayo was really mustardy, and quite unpleasant.
The ribs were spongy and bad. Something I expected 15 years ago, not now.
The burger was quite good, it was a Huera which are very nice, so at least it's hard to go wrong there.
Service was good, for a fast food place it was nice to not have to stand at the counter waiting.
Pros: Huera burgers are nice , Nice lemonade brand
Cons: Ribs were terrible , Fries were one of the worst I've had

Personnel adorable, frites gourmandes à souhait, bonne musique diffusée, beaucoup de créativité dans les burgers proposés. Mon passage chez eux a également été l'occasion de déguster une délicieuse bière blanche parisienne. Le tout pour un prix parfaitement honnête. Oubliez la théorie, passez à la pratique : Foncez chez Theory sans hésiter !
