Child Abuse Cult

A cult operated business that uses unpaid labour. The central tenants of the 12 Tribes cult includes child abuse. They believe that if your child isn't bruised, they're not loved. Also anti-lgbt and believe white people are superior to black people. Listen to the Behind the Bastards podcast for more information.

Cons: Child abuse, Unpaid labor, Don't like the gays

Great food, ran by a cult

Honestly the food is awesome and they understand what vegan means and are accommodating. They have ton of vegan drinks, a vegan burger which is amazing, sandwich, cookie, ask about the soup. Just watch for honey as they put it in a lot of stuff but can just be made without honey. Clean place and different atmosphere. Just be warned that the yellow deli is ran by a cult called the 12 tribes. Their workers aren’t paid individually because they all live on a farm together where the money is controlled. So they don’t get to keep their tip either. Its just extra money in the cult pot. In conclusion, great food, questionable morals.

Everything is delicious!

Myself, and my meat-eating husband love this place. The tofu sandwich is my absolute favourite. I was sad to see it off the menu last time I was in. I do hope they bring it back! Every soup I have tried there has been incredible as well. There aren’t many meat-free options, but they ones they do have are incredible!!

Pros: Cozy (perfect place to go on a rainy day), Friendly, helpful staff

Cons: Not too many meat-free options

Beautiful atmosphere

The restaurant itself is beautiful, the staff is all really friendly, and the tofu sandwich is my personal fave. Not 5 stars because there aren’t a lot of vegan options.

Good veg friendly food

We stumbled across this restaurant and the food was great but there were limited vegetarian options and nothing vegan. A few things without dairy but nothing that didn't have honey in it. If you're ok with honey it's a great place for soup and bread. Neat atmosphere too.

Pros: Tasty, healthy food, Good atmosphere, Friendly people

Cons: No vegan options
